Employers are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of job postings
• Compliance with all labour laws
• Ensuring jobs are legitimate and not misleading

3. Candidate Responsibility

• All information in CVs and profiles must be accurate
• False or misleading information may result in account suspension

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• All services require a paid subscription
• Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled
• No refunds unless required by law
• Pricing may change at any time

5. Limitation of Liability

JobExec is not liable for any:

• Hiring decisions
• Employment outcomes
• Indirect damages or loss of profit

6. Data Usage

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited Use

• Posting fraudulent jobs
• Harassment or misuse of platform
• Sharing illegal or harmful content

8. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
